Casco Bay served up light winds for the evening of July 31, which allowed one race to be completed in 5-7 kts from SE. Sixteen boats showed up for the start, the largest number of boats to date in 2018. With 5 weeks of no racing since the last start, the aggressive fleet forced a General Recall at the first start.
