The Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS) – The rules of the road governing sailboat racingl. This link is to the 2021-24 version that becomes effective on January 1, 2021.

The RRS are revised every 4 years, usually linked to the Olympic quadrennial (that linkage lost sync the year due to 1-year delay to Olympics due to COVID-19).

    • Direct link to Rules – set up for digital devices
    • **FREE** Software to draw up racing scenarios for ports discussions, etc. This program can be a little tricky to use, but it does get the job done once you figure it out.
