One option that avoids the Rule 2 problems is for teams consisting of: one Etchells (Tuesday race), one J-24 (Wednesday race), one PHRF (Thursday race), and maybe one dinghy (Monday race). Maybe allow a 3-boat team to be selected from 3 of the 4 race days. Team scores would be compiled for each week’s racing to determine weekly winners.
