H.4 Measurement Diagrams

Section H.4 is just a list that creates a lot of confusion. How do these documents relate to the OD Rules, and more specifically, to the class requirements themselves? Where are these documents located? They should be numbered in a way that can be cross-referenced. How would one know that he/she has found the right diagram? Revision levels/dates of each document should be identified in a bibliography section that lists all documents referenced within the OD Rules. More comments likely to follow once the purpose and applicability of these documents is understood.
