Etchells Fleet 27 and J/24 Fleet 43 brought sailing coach, match racing champion, sailing rules guru, and author Dave Perry to Falmouth to lead a sailboat racing clinic at Portland Yacht Club during July 29-31, 2019. Dave Perry coached Casco Bay sailors in ways to improve their sailboat racing performance. The racing clinic comprised several events spanning the three days:

- Racing Rules and Tactics Seminar, “The Rules from Start to Finish“
- Monday 6:00 – 9:30 PM @ PYC
- Dave Coaches PYC & SailMaine Junior Sailors
- 420’s on Tuesday @ PYC (9:00 – 4:00)
- Opti’s on Wednesday @ SailMaine (10:00 – 3:45)
- Dave Coaches Etchells fleet 27 Tuesday Evening Racing, followed by Video Debrief (4:30 – 9:30)
- Dave Coaches J/24 fleet 43 Wednesday Evening Racing, followed by Video Debrief (4:30 – 9:30).
