Hello Etchells Fleet,
I am passing along this message from the PYC Race Officer for three free sailing/racing seminars to be held Wednesday evenings this month. Please come join us for three evenings of fun. The PYC is also hosting a weekend of USSailing programs which will lead to club level certification in Race Management as well as Judging. These seminars do have a fee but run all day March 30 and 31. Additional information on these are available on the PYC website as well as USSailing.org. Attending any of these events will improve our Fleets competition as well as help racing in Casco Bay. We need more race officials with training, come join us. See you there.

- Setting Your Boat Up to Race with Success & Mastering Your Rig Tune, with Carter White THIS Wednesday, 3/13, 6-8pm.
- Techniques for Handling Heavy Air & Waves, with Steph Helms on 3/20 Wednesday, 6-8pm.
- Tactical Race Decisions with Tim Tolford: Determine the wind prior to the start; Pick the favored end of the line; Watch for and predict wind shifts during the race; Access favored side of course and competitive racing tactics. Wednesday 3/27, 6-8pm.
