The updated Etchells class rules became effective on Nov 11. The newly revised class rules are posted on the Etchells pages of the World Sailing website, as well as on the IECA website.
Note the new class hull & appendage building spec and the spar building spec are part of the class rules. The link goes to the World Sailing site. IECA does has the documents in the Plans section of the IECA website. The class drawings are now part of the rules, where before they were provided only for information.
